We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if you order Mon-Fri before 3pm GMT for UK, and 12 noon GMT for Europe and rest of the world. We ship with UPS or Royal Mail. The following is the average delivery times:
• UK: 1 working day (UPS)
• Europe: 2-5 working days with UPS (within 5 working days with Royal Mail)
• USA & Canada: 2-3 working days with UPS (within 5 working days with Royal Mail)
• Australia & NZ: 3-4 working days with UPS (within 5 working days with Royal Mail)
For international delivery, we have a system in place that will email and/or text you on the day of delivery if you use UPS. You will also be notified of any exceptions and failed delivery attempts.
International orders are shipped using UPS or Royal Mail. The packages may be handed off to your countries postal service for 'door-to-door' delivery. We provide most available shipping methods for the country you live in. Please note that some countries may have different services available, and some of the faster services may not be available depending on the destination country.
UPS and Royal Mail may require you to have a local broker available for handling customs and tariffs. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if a brokering service is required for their country, and to handle any required brokerage fees should a broker be required.
The customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. There is no way for us to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries postal system may charge you! Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office.
We have a policy that we do not falsify customs forms as we can be heavily fined if found out, and the items are not fully insured for their value, so we would loose out if lost or damaged. All customs forms will be filled out with the exact and correct amount of your purchase.
If a shipment is returned to us for refusal or inability to pay customs fees, duties, or brokerage fees, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued that is equal to the original purchase price minus any shipping fees, or fees accrued as a result of having a returned shipment. If you feel a shipment has been inadvertently returned to us, contact us immediately to work out other options.
We recommend that you check, then sign. If that means keeping the courier waiting don't feel bad as it is protecting you.
Everything is checked prior to despatch. We recommend that when received you carefully check the item before signing for them, as once the goods are signed for, we are unable to raise any claims for damage in transit.
If an item proves to be faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days. We will require a brief outline of the problem and if possible some photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty component, or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion.
We will be happy to exchange or replace any item purchased under the following return policies:
14 Day Return: If you are not happy with the products, we will give you a full refund minus the postage both ways, as long as we receive the items back in the same condition as we sent them out, otherwise a restocking fee of 5% may be incurred for the product in question.
30 Day No Questions Asked Warranty: We'll fix or replace anything that suffers from a defect in manufacturing or assembly. We do not warranty damage incurred in handling or shipping.
1 Year Limited Warranty: we will warranty everything but consumables. Consumables not replaced under warranty after 30 days. Unless otherwise defined on the product listing page, consumables are defined as: bearings, bushings, belts, and cables.
Under no conditions will we accept liability for any amount higher than the original purchase price of the product in question.
If you do have to return something we'll do everything in our power to make it right for you, the customer. Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging, we will not be able to accept returned items that are not appropriately packaged or damaged due to inappropriate packaging on return transit.
